Title: Strategies to Improve Client Retention
Speaker: Lesli Bitel

Attracting new clients is essential for dietitians in private practice, but a single appointment is not enough for clients to achieve their expected results. When clients seek out professional guidance, they are looking for assistance in long term changes, which is why creating an effective client retention strategy is the single most important thing to grow the dietitian’s private practice. In this webinar, we will be going over proven strategies to improve client retention and not only gain their trust, but also boost the nutrition professional’s reputation, revenue, and success.
