The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics House of Delegates (HOD) is a group of elected representatives from state affiliates and Academy groups that identifies professional topics and trends that should be raised for discussion and awareness to the Academy Board of Directors for strategic direction.Your TXAND delegates would like to invite you to participate in an HOD Think Tank to ensure that voices are heard from across Texas in HOD meetings. This is an informal group with a small workload that helps the HOD delegate gain understanding of current issues that impact TXAND members in nutrition and dietetics. Communication with the think tank will take place asynchronously unless someone requests synchronous communication with the HOD delegate. The HOD think tank will include roughly 10 members, preferably members from all sectors and stages of their career, including students.
