“Hi! I’m Angela! Originally from California, and moved to Dallas for grad school at UT SoAuthwestern. I currently work for Vitality Weight Loss and Wellness Institute, where I am a dietitian and do exercise counseling. I teach a fitness class called Operation: Sweat through UT Southwestern. I’ve taught a variety of classes such as TRX, warm-ups, and total body conditioning in the past. I grew up playing soccer and softball, so being active has always been a huge part of my life”
